Leadership
APO helps people transition into being leaders without them really noticing it. We have several programs developed to help develop brothers into better leaders: APO Leads & APO Impact.

The APO LEADS leadership development program consists of five modular components of leadership development - Launch, Explore, Achieve, Discover and Serve. Each of the components address a different aspect of leadership growth that allows attendees to continue developing skills no matter their level of experience. Collectively, this series is designed to equip attendees with the skills to enable them to be successful leaders and team members in any situation they encounter in college and beyond.

Friendship
Our members develop a sense of brotherhood between all of our brothers around the world.“Shared experiences and an understanding of fraternal history and goals provide a basis for our brotherhood...we overlook differences and emphasize similarities as we join together in unselfish service.” We have various Fellowship Programs during each semester, intended to strengthen our friendship/brotherhood.

Service
Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity provides a foundation of leadership skills to its members that are developed through service to others. The service our members provide set the Fraternity apart from other Greek organizations. For more information about our work with service, click here.
